Please note that, if the client has not paid the Balance 60 days before check-in, the reservation is automatically canceled.

In case of last-minute bookings (60 days before the camp), it ́s necessary to pay for the full package price.

No Exceptions to Cancellation Policy can be made for any reason. We understand that things can get complicated but, due to the nature of our business and our Camps, we cannot be flexible in our Policies. Cancellations are non-refundable, no exchangeable, no rescheduled:

The remaining credit will be available to use for the period of 1 (one) year, starting the same day that the cancelation has been made.

Minimum Attendance Policy

Due to Covid, things are different than before for Camps planning, that´s the reason why we had to develop a “Minimum Attendance policy”.

Kite Sisters can cancel a Camp if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Every Camp will be reconfirmed 60 days before its starting date, or before it´s time for the balance payment.

Do not book any flight until then, please.

In case the Camp is canceled by Kite Sisters due to the minimum attendance policy, we will fully refund your pre-payment, or you can use the deposit towards a future Camp.

Please note that in case of refunds, there can be a slightly variation between the refunded amount and what you will receive in your account, this is due to the currency exchange rate between the date you have booked your Camp and the day the refund was process (exchange rates between USD and euros). We will refund to the original form of payment (credit cards) through our payment system, in euros. We are not responsible of the currency conversion made by your bank.

The refund policy only applies to new bookings and payments made in 2022, it does not apply to rescheduled reservations or/and payments made in 2019 and 2020.

Payment and Service contracting suppose the reading, understanding, and agreement of the Booking Terms, conditions, and Cancellation Policies.

Travel Health Assistance. Travel Insurance and/or Coverage.

The Kite Sisters packages do not include Travel Health Assistance (also known as Travel Insurance or travel coverage).

Travel insurance is insurance that is intended to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, flight accident, and other losses incurred while traveling, either internationally or domestically.

It´s the complete and full responsibility of the client to purchase her own insurance.

It´s mandatory to purchase insurance that covers Kitesurfing and extreme sports during the days that the client will participate in the Camp. Please, note that not all companies provide coverage for water sports, extreme sports, and/or Kitesurfing, so make sure to purchase a product that does.

Travel insurance information will be requested before the Camp starts, in order to accept the client on the Camp.

Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

Four weeks before traveling, you will receive our Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Form for Kiteboarding, Watersports, and Activities.

You will need to print, read, complete, sign, and send it back to us, in order to be able to participate in the Camp.
